Leadership coaching is one of the fastest and most effective ways to build sustainable change in people and organizations. Silke’s collaborative process helps clients develop the clarity and courage needed to grow and achieve their goals. Silke and her clients co-create a space where her clients can show up as the leaders they truly are, with all their struggles, confusion, magnificence and power. Coaching Engagements
Coaching engagements are customized to each client’s unique context, typically spanning six months or more, and unfold in three phases:
Phase 1 - Discovery & Goal Setting: Deep dive into the client’s current leadership challenges and opportunities. Use assessments and dialogue to clarify targeted development goals aligned with business priorities.
Phase 2 - Learning & Application: Ongoing coaching sessions where clients apply new insights and strategies. Progress is regularly reviewed to ensure momentum toward behavioral shifts and impactful leadership outcomes.
Phase 3 - Integration: Consolidate learning and mindset shifts. Co-create plans for continued leadership development and long-term impact beyond the coaching engagement.
